Saturday, Dec 6 with Denise Hopkins-- Target the specific areas of habitual holding patterns shaped by a relentless year of collective and personal stress. The goal? Down regulate your nervous system, feel strong in your body, and clear mental fog.
Sunday, Dec 7 at 6pm with Eduardo Martinez Diaz--A two-hour chakra-inspired yoga and journaling practice for reflection, alignment, and transformation. Honor the turning of the year with a transformative evening of Mandala Namaskar, a circular and meditative yoga practice.
Wednesday, November 26 at 2pm-- Receive hands-on support and guidance for your feeding journey led by Shamina Rao, IBCLC. The group includes pre & post-feed weights on sensitive medical scale, support with latching and positioning, addressing supply issues and more. Offered every other Wednesday for $60
Launches Friday, January 9 -- Train with Senior For over 20 years, Beth Donnelly and Lara Kohn Thompson have been teaching the art and science of perinatal yoga. Through accessible and powerful practices, teachers will learn how to help students cultivate balance, resilience, and ease during pregnancy, labor, birth, and early postpartum recovery.
